Creative Residency 2022
We partnered with Cardinia Cultural Centre to undertake a creative residency that further developed the work in the CCC multimedia gallery. This culminated in a work in progress ‘Showing’ of three brand new scenes combining 3D projection mapping and live performance, two new animated clips, and magnificent audio composition. The showing was a great success, highlighting the courage and tenacity of the French cantinière on the Napoleonic battlefield and the only woman out of 150 men to end up on the fateful raft. With complicated 3D projection mapping juxtaposed with live performance, this showing was definitely a big challenge and a step up to the next level of digital performance.
